Ultimate Boot CD

Will I be able to add a linux app like KDar to one of the linux distros before burning the UBCD into a CD? I would like to be able to run KDar after I boot into one of the linux distros. This app comes as a gzipped-tar file and needs the following libraries:
qt: version 3.3.x
kde: version 3.3.x
bzip2: version 1.0.2
libz: version 1.1.4
gcc 3.x or greater
automake

None of the Linux distros on the UBCD will run KDar
since several of the apps/libraries you listed are
not installed.
