keybrd.cab causes hang

A problem with several downloads of UBCD v3.3 basic and full
Selecting any options from the main UBCD main menu causes many files to be installed. Among them keybrd.cab which causes the installation to hang while extracting keybrd.cab.
There does not appear to be a keybrd.cab on the disk. Where could I find keybrd.cab and how do I copy it to the UBCD?
