Using CD to boot up a USB hard drive. :?:

Hello,
My laptop does not have a 'boot from usb device' option, so I have to use a ubcd to boot my windows from the hdd.
I have tried the full version but I cannot see where it detects USB drives.
How do I do this? Is there any trick?
