Mkubcd.bat has syntax error. A space is needed.

A space is needed between -joliet and -long.

Currently its all one without a space.

Are you using mkisofs V2? According to the man page:
-joliet-long
Allow Joliet filenames to be up to 103 Unicode charac-
ters. This breaks the Joliet specification - but
appears to work. Use with caution. The number 103 is
derived from: the maximum Directory Record Length
(254), minus the length of Directory Record (33), minus
CD-ROM XA System Use Extension Information (14),
divided by the UTF-16 character size (2).

Apparently not. However I did use one of the links to Mkisofs posted on the customise page of your site not more than 3 weeks ago. I guess I got the wrong one.
