Offline NT password

I am able to boot from the CD just fine but when I choose the Offline NT password option I get "isolinux 2.00 02/16/2002" on the screen and nothing happens, on both my PC and laptop. I burned a cd with just the Offline NT password and it works just fine.
Offline.iso which contains the files (I think) for Offline NT password is the sam on both UBCD and the custom cd. what is the problem????
