Ultimate Boot CD

I am having problems with both DiscWizard and Seatools when launching via UBCD.

Using the original floppy images from Seagate and booting via floppy works, but when using UBCD, DiscWizard gives the following error:

Fatal error TNT.11020: application 'E:\DWSE.EXE' has caused an
exception: Divide by zero exception

...

Seatools hits 35% during the load and goes back to E:\ prompt.
I have tried memdisk, diskemu, and bcdw boot. All have the same problem.
I am using v3.4 of UBCD and the latest copies of DiscWizard and Seatools.

In earlier versions of UBCD I have had issues with SeaTools dropping to a DOS prompt for no appearant reason, but have not had problems with the newest version so far. (I've not used it enough to judge)
