1st Time To Use Full(Insert)-Questions

Hi All,

I am looking at using Full version, that includes Insert. This is my first time to do this and wanted to double check my knowledge of what's required. I have downloaded all modules and the Full ISO. It says to extract the ISO. How is this done? I am on a Linux box, CentOS 3-4.

EDIT: Ok, I found some info that said to mount the ISO and then I can insert modules. Thanx.
