Help for a beginner

Hi all,
after a violent virus attack on my laptop, it crashed and I used ultimate boot cd to run McAfee...
the Scan found several virus (good new) and then types:
"t:\DOS APPS MCAFEE>"

What should I type ? I've tried several DOS commands (CLEAN, DEL) but apparently it did not clean the virus...
