Backing up directories

Hello,

I am trying to backup several directories/files from a NTFS sata drive that will no longer boot windows to a NTFS IDE drive. I downloaded the ultimate boot cd, and ran NTFS4DOS in order to be able to copy files, but it's only letting me copy one file at a time. Is there a way to combine multiple feautres of UBCD and run them at the same time? How can I go about mass-copying files (note, i don't want to copy the whole disk, just certain directories).
