I'm not sure if any of you know about this program, but it's called "BurnCDCC" and can be found www.http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/utilities.html .

This program is a very basic and simple ISO burner app. It is just a single EXE file that is under 200k in size. I keep a copy of it on my flash drive with a few crucial ISO's..i.e. A Bootable Norton Ghost 2003 ISO.

Any ways, no one who burns ISO's should be without it. It is the absolute easiest way to burn ISO's.

What about DVD Decrypter (freeware)?

Double click on .iso file which opens DVD Decrypter and click burn. Just make sure to associate the .iso file with DVD Decrypter in Settings. http://www.dvddecrypter.com/

I always burn all my cd and dvd .iso images this way.
