WinDiag as iso - and others?

I note that the Microsoft "Windows" memory diagnostic installer download can generate an ISO as well as a floppy image. The ISO works fine in UBCD v3.3 using the same command as the Acronis ISOs. As it is a quarter the size, you might like to save a MB by using it in future instead of the floppy image.
In fact, this raises the possibility that the fixed-size floppy images on the disk could be converted into bootable ISOs without the wasted space, to save a bit more space!
