Newer release then 4.1.1?

#1 Post by chris122380 » Mon Jun 23, 2008 4:16 am

When will there be a updated version of the Ultimate boot cd then that of 4.1.1? Would like to have a newer version with all updated software and any new suggestions that may be considered for the new one. I am constantly checking the site for changes to the disk.

UBCD50v5 is available. See: http://ultimatebootcd.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1550. The iso is only distributed via Bittorrent for the moment (no direct download from a mirror like for the official releases).

If you put it on your site, mention that this is a beta release. there is a bug in the freedos image:

So somethings don't work (see the topic posts on the link above to see which bugs are already discovered). Check it out yourself and discover things that don't work and report them so that they can be fixed.
