Scope memorytester is the best memory tester i have tried and its free at that.
i have a bootable cd with that being the only program on it and when it boots ...it boots right in to the tester if you could put that it it would be a big plus.. a copy of it is on my download page if you want to try.
also if you have an iso or other image of the current bata of 5.5 i could put that up along with the gold release of 4.1.1
let ne know

Can you provide the floppy image also. I don't want to register. Install Virtual Floppy Drive to write the image to a file.

I was able to extract the bootsector of the iso image and boot it as and hard drive image in qemu, but a true floppy image is better.

to answer in order
1 a floppy image will be up on my download page in about 30 minutes.
2 i just like it better
1 it runs in a constant loop
you dont have to set the number of loops unless you want to
2 if seems to a very good job of finding errors
3 a two color display with the top of the screen one color and an instant display of the errors and locations on the bottom in another color.

but in short it's my opinion nothing more.
try it and lets know what you think.

if any body saw this understand that i have been recoding my web site for the last two weeks and got only 4 hours of sleep the last two days hence the spelling errors since about all the letters are starting to look alike and the ones that don't look alike are moving in circles. :)

@nbicomputers:

Are you referring to MemScope?

Anyway, I am not keen to add new apps at this point in time. It will be KIV-ed until V5.1.
