There is NO windows OS (or driver files that are not free to distribute for that matter) on UBCD as that would be Illegal. Therefore those (all of the programs on the site) will not work with UBCD.
You should try UBCD4Win site...located here:
http://www.ubcd4win.com/
Which allows you to build a bootable windows PE environment that would work with the above mentioned programs.
