There's a company called Prodigem that might host your Boot CD images for free.
Try emailing Gary Lerhaupt at gary@lerhaupt.com. Prodigem already offers free torrent hosting up to a 100-meg limit, but maybe they'd make an exception for your stuff, because it's a public service that's good for the whole internet community.
