ActiveX and Java, to allow for online virus scanning

#1 Post by saulgoode » Sat Nov 11, 2006 6:18 pm

Trend Micro has a free online virus scan which is one of the best I've ever seen however it requires Java and active x to work. Is it possible to add these capabilities? This would allow techs to repair severly damaged systems. This would make this product nearly perfect.

I guess that will not be possible for ActiveX somehow requires Internet Explorer, which requires Windows (no need to talk about IE for MacOS ...) maybe in UBCD4Win ^^

This site is for the DOS based UBCD. UBCD4Win is the XP live disk that uses XP to boot and run from CD. I would recommend you restate your question in the UBCD4Win.com/forum site.
