Full and Basic versions for v3.4, why not for v4.01???

A few months ago I downloaded a Full version and a Basic version of UBCD v3.4.
Now there is version 4.01 out. Why is it not in two versions also? Does anyone know?

In UBCD V3.4, the only difference between the Basic and Full version is the inclusion of INSERT in the latter.
In UBCD V4.0, INSERT is removed, so there is no need for two versions any more.

I'm very disappointed. insert was one of the most useful tools on ubcd so I guess I'll have to keep using 3.4 or figure out how to add it myself.
