I have tried your 3.3 basic and seen the following:
1/ Is it possible to write on a NTFS partition?
2/ If I boot just with freedos, then I launch VC which bugs when I try to read T: and U:.
3/ When I launch "Offline NT password ...", I just get the message "ISOLINUX 2.00 2002-10-25" and then it hangs. I use successfully this option on an old version (2.x) of UBCD.
My PC is a DELL.

No, the free version of NTFSDOS is read-only.1/ Is it possible to write on a NTFS partition?
Do you have problems doing a "dir t:" or "dir u:"2/ If I boot just with freedos, then I launch VC which bugs when I try to read T: and U:.
Do you think it is possible to jump to the console at the main menu and try "bcdw boot /images/offline.iso"?3/ When I launch "Offline NT password ...", I just get the message "ISOLINUX 2.00 2002-10-25" and then it hangs. I use successfully this option on an old version (2.x) of UBCD.
1/ Do you think that one day someone will develop a NTFS writter driver?
2/ Yes I can, but I see very strange characters. In fact the bug is linked with the use of lfn and ntfs reader. In this case the PC freezes when I launch VC on T or U.
Furthermore what is T and U, why twos directories?
3/ I have done that on my first PC and it hangs when I launch bcdw, instead it is a very basic one (IDE ATA drive, 256Mo RAM, simple motherboard, ...)
On my second PC, I am able to launch directly in the menu the offline software. But when I try to do what you said in the console, I launch insert and the LINUX, but not offline.
I don't really anderstand what happens.
Thank you for your help

The payware version of the same driver can write to NTFS. Or you can master Linux and use INSERT.Do you think that one day someone will develop a NTFS writter driver?
If you disable LFN, does it work then?Yes I can, but I see very strange characters. In fact the bug is linked with the use of lfn and ntfs reader. In this case the PC freezes when I launch VC on T or U.
