As icecube has said, this site is for UBCD.
But to respond to your statement, UBCD4Win does contain "out of the box" false positives and it is listed already on their site that antivirus software may detect false positives with some of the included software. It is still safe to use and what I recommend is to just exclude the ubcd4win folder from any scans made by the av scanner you are using.
