Is there a way to fix the ntldr is missing error with the UBCD? I have windows xp professional on a dell laptop and I don't have an xp installation cd. I've seen the other help sites, but I'm just wondering if I can use this disk to help.

You will need files that are not contained on UBCD. So using it alone, the answer is no.

BUT, if you can get a friend who has windows xp pro to make you a boot disk it will help you fix the issue, or just copy your friends ntldr to a usb and boot into knoppix, and copy and paste the file overwriting the original.
