Hello, I really like the idea of Ultimate Boot CD. As an IT person this will definitely come in handy for me, and the price could not be better!

However, the first task I have for it would be hard disk copy. I am wondering if someone can tell me if there is a utility in it that will allow me to copy a smaller (~40 GB drive) that is divided into two partitions onto a larger (80 GB drive).

I know that clone maxx and disk copy can do it, but they copy the partitions to the exact same size and leave the rest of the new disk unallocated. Since I wish to gain more usable space by using a larger disk, this isn't what I want. And free partition resizing tools can only resize the primary partition, not the extended one.

So I am wanting both my first partition (primary) and second (extended) to be approximately twice the size they are currently.

The operating system is Windows Server 2003 on NTFS file system. Thanks!!!

You need (or can use) Gparted.
You can find this tool included in Parted Magic, the Gparted LiveCD, many other linux distro's.

Parted Magic is included in UBCD50b12.
If you want the last version of Parted Magic, go to: http://partedmagic.com/

I ended up using Parted Magic and it was awesome, did exactly what I needed fast and smoothly. (Actually I was a bit suspicious at first that it could be so easy....)

Anyway I also burned a copy of UBCD for my toolkit. Thanks for the awesome work you guys do.
