How-to request: fit UBCD onto an actual CD

Hey guys! I'm new to UBCD. I've heard of Bart PE since Maximum PC told me about it years ago, but I've never actually used it before.

Backstory:
My server got infected with Internet Security 2010 yesterday. I can't regain total control over it, and somehow installing avast, avg, and mbam in safe mode has prevented normal mode from working. My goal yesterday was to set up a Bart PE disc with MBAM, let it do its thing and call it a day. I found a forum that went through the MBAM development and how MBAM didn't like Bart PE, nor Joshua's implementation, and eventually that they were doing their own plug-in. Somehow that got me over to UBCD, which seemed pre-made and ready to go (never used Bart PE so I would have preferred to not have to build my own CD)

Meaty portion:
My server doesn't have a DVD drive, doesn't support booting to USB (Dell Poweredge 2500) , and is using a CSI RAID array, so I can't just pulled the drive out to get my data and format c:. How can I make UBCD fit onto one CD? I spent 20 minutes last night deselecting things from the plug-ins and apparently borked it pretty good: now UBCD wont make an ISO. So what plug-ins are a good idea to remove to remove that extra 50 mb of stuff?

On a random note: Why have games on a recovery disc?

You are on the wrong forum ==> UBCD (4 DOS).

If you have a floppy drive on your server or you can boot from PXE, you can load PloP Boot Loader, which can boot USB disks when the BIOS doesn't support it.
