UBCD v4/v5 - developed in parallel?

Are UBCD v4 and v5 being developed alongside each other? Or is v5 supposed to replace v4?

I ask because I have updates and suggestions, and I'm not sure whether to list them with v4, v5, or both.

Development on V4 ended some time ago and V5 has slowed over the last few years.

That being said, if you want to post updates/suggestions go for it. Just note what version is pertinent to the updates.
