Offline NT Password & Registry Editor, which is included in UBCD, does the same and is much smaller.

PCloginNow probably uses the part of "Offline NT Password & Registry Editor" that does all the work. The PCloginNow CD is a modified GParted-liveCd that contains many leftover files.

Change /custom/pclogin/ to /ubcd/custom/pclogin/ in the config files and path where you place the files of PCloginNow.
