Offline NT Password & Registry Editor?

The sticky above lists this in the latest version, but when I boot into UBCD I cannot seem to find it as an option. Where is it located?
When my old boss left the office, he left a 64 bit XP machine behind that has all our forensic software installed on it...but not the password. >< I'm hoping this will let me reset the account.
