Ultimate Boot CD

Hi,
How can I add UBCD V5.0RC1 to my Multiboot XP disc?I searched for this but what I found is just tutorial for an old version, which is not working anymore.Any idea.

Are you making a boot CD or a bootable USB stick?
Which kind of Windows XP installations do you want to boot? Installed versions, PE versions (like BARTPE)?
