Ultimate Boot CD

Hi,

I have a big problem with my laptop. I do not have anymore access to Windows (10), because I supposedly ran out of space on C:
After a long search, I found out that I could download this program (among others) from my desktop (that uses Win 10 too)... then create a bootable disk. Can anyone tell me how to proceed?
I downloaded it to My Passport external drive, but I have no idea of what to do to get the result I need (getting the laptop running like before).

I would be extremely grateful for any help, to tell me what to do step by step, it seems that I am not so smart anymore

If you have a thumbdrive (USB drive, 1GB or more)


Download
Universal USB Installer (UUI)

Run UUI
Select Ultimate Boot CD (UBCD)
Select Your UBCD iso
Select Your Thumbdrive (1gb or more) (Format recommended)

Eject thumbdrive
Go to messed up computer and put in thumbdrive.
Turn on computer,
Pay very close attention to boot drive options, you must select the thumbdrive. DEL, ESC, F11, F12, what ever you computer needs.
