Dual boot UBCD and UBCD4Windows w/ flash drive??

#1 Post by Guest85 » Thu Jul 16, 2009 11:35 am

Sorry if this has been asked before. I did a quick search and wasn't able to find much for dual boot flash drive. Only dual boot cd's. Provide a link if you find a thread that's relevant. Thanks in advance.

I currently have UBCD booting on my 8GB flash drive.

I was wondering if it's possible to have both the UBCD and UBCD4Win dual boot on the flash drive if I format and partition it?

Has anyone tried this? After the formatted partitioned flash drive is complete are there any other files needed for the dual boot process?

Yes, this can be done and has before. You have to create a UBCD4WIN usb first (tested to make sure it is working) and add the UBCD to it and link a menu item to start it. Oh here is the link: viewtopic.php?p=356

Lots of information there so I'll try it when I have some free time in the next week or so.

Thanks for steering me in the right direction.
