I need to make a registry change without booting up to XP. I have UBCD V4.1.1 and the newest one. I can't seem to find the correct tool.

Let me know if there is anything usfull on UBCD.

You need "Offline NT Password & Registry Editor" (command line) included in UBCD.
Parted Magic (the one included in UBCD) has also PCregedit (GUI).
