Howto add WinPE iso to custom UBCD?

Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible to add an iso to the custom ubcd (say, ERD Commander or any other kind of WinPE-based ISO). Also bootcd's like Seatools Desktop ISO, ...

Until now I've just found guidelines to add linux-based bootcd's, so I guess this is not possible at the time, but it would be a great help if this would be possible.
