I have created a working customized UBCD iso, but when I try to use the ubcd2usb or RMPrepUSB to make a bootable USB of the iso I made (The files, actually) it doesn't work.
Using RMPrepUSB it hangs on the black screen with the words SYSLINUX 3.81 2009-05-29 EBIOS Copyright (C) 1994-2009 H. Peter Anvin et al
Using ubcd2usb it doesn't even get there.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Re: UBCD USB Boot stuck on Syslinux
You should install Syslinux 4.02 on your USB stick.
Did you run ubcd2usb with admin rights?

Re: UBCD USB Boot stuck on Syslinux
How do I install Syslinux 4.02 on my usb?
And, yes, everything I do is elevated to administrator in my Windows 7 install.
Figured it out. THANKS!

Re: UBCD USB Boot stuck on Syslinux
Latest version of RMPrepUSb contains a folder with different syslinux.exe versions. It uses 4.03 by default. To use a different version, just replace the file in the RMPrepUSB installation folder with one from the syslinux folders if you don't want to use 4.03. Then when you use the Install Syslinux button on RMPrepUSB, it will use the version you placed in the same folder as RMPrepUSB.exe. You can also try overwriting the menu.c32 and vesamenu.c32 files on your USB drive with those from the RMPrepUSB\Syslinux\Syslinux_4.03 folder so they match the version of syslinux used.
