It would nice to boot a machine with UBCD, choose a communications mode (USB, Parallel, Serial, Network) set it as a HOST, making all filesystems available.
Then take the same CD to the problem machine, choose a communications mode (the same, of course) and set it as a CLIENT, so you can access all the utilities, images and licensed software you might have set in the first machine.
Perhaps a couple of preconfigured nwdsk's images could do this.

I will be adding FILELINK (from OpenDOS) in the next release of UBCD,
which should allow you to do that over serial and parallel cables.
