Bitlocker and elevation of user privileges

#1 Post by ruruzozo » Thu Apr 10, 2014 8:32 am

Hello folks!
I have a laptop disk that is encrypted with BitLocker. I have the PIN but not the recovery key.

I need to run 'Offline NT Password & Registry Editor' so I need to have the Windows 7 partition decrypted and mounted first.

What can I do?

Thanks a lot in advance!!!

In windows, after unlocking drive, decrypt drive then reboot and run the tools you need on the hdd.
