Suddenly the window "SSD Locked" and then "Enter Hdd User Password" appeared

Good morning everyone.My desktop pc is an Acer Veriton and it has installed Win 11 Pro.The pc has always worked fine but Suddenly one day, a few seconds after turning it on, the screens appeared on the screen indicated in the subject.Windows obviously won't boot.I NEVER set password neither in Bios nor in Windows !!!.The software "Victoria" says : " This drive locked by ATA Password ".My SSD is : MyMedia ,256GB,2.5"",Sata III,Model : My 2.5" SSD.I would obviously like to be able to see and save the things important to me that are inside the SSD.I took out the CR2032 battery X 4 DAYS : it didn't help to solve the problem.Can you help me out please ?Thank you!!
