Well, Victor has a few messages on his site about this. Honestly there isn't much that we can do about it. I have the same problem with my FREE project also. Since we aren't huge corporations with attorney's....eBay really doesn't care about us. All they care about is getting their money when people post and sell auctions.

Thanks for letting us know about it, but really the only thing I can think of doing is having users email the seller complaining to them that they are coning people and trying to sell other's work for their own profit.

SteelTrepid has pretty much summed up the situation. I have even
highlighted this in red on the UBCD home page, reposted here:

"Ultimate Boot CD is completely free for the download, or could be
obtained for a small fee. If you had somehow paid a ridiculous amount of
money for it, you have most likely been fleeced. The least you could do
is to make as many copies of the offical UBCD and pass it to your
friends, relatives, colleagues or even complete strangers to minimize
the per unit cost of your loss!"

Ultimately, I think it will be best if buyers complain to eBay and force
them to remove the listings.

Due to the complains of myself and a few other people we got this guy booted. Thought you would all like to hear that. The only downside is he isnt the only one.

Anyway,
Regards

Cool! Glad to hear that's one less *@&#^$ around. :D

But you are right. There are many others, and some are not even listed on eBay, or in the US.

Their fate will depend on whether affected users decide to act against them.
