I am stuck on an infinite reboot and have found this program hoping it would help repair my windows xp SP2. I have no clue where to go to do that though and could use some help from a kind soul : ).

Have you tried pressing F8 Before you see the windows logo loading screen and select "load last settings that worked"?

Try that first. Might fix your problem. If that doesnt work try using the same instructions above and instead boot into safe mode and remove any recently installed software, OR you can try doing a system restore.
