The Live CDs are a bit on the large size unless your making DVDs or using on flash drives.

yes there is a way to add ophcrack live cd
1) extract the ophcrack live cd.You will find a folder "ophcrack" there.
2)copy this folder in root directory of ubcd live cd.
3) now add a entry in "ubcd\menus\syslinux\main.cfg" file by adding following lines

label -
menu label ophcrack-vista/xp-livecd
kernel /ophcrack/boot/vesamenu.c32
append /ophcrack/boot/isolinux/isolinux.cfg
text help
ophcrack-vista/xp-livecd
endtext

It is made for UBCD411, so updating syslinux isn't needed anymore. You probably need a new version of vesamenu.c32, which you can find in the syslinux package.
