If you want help, you will need to post more information than what you just wrote. Try system specs, laptop model, etc. Have you tried pressing esc/f1-f12 (depends on the make of your laptop) to select boot device and boot from cdrom?
Also make sure you non corrupt ubcd. Also when you burn make sure you verify the burn to make sure that is burned it correctly. When you have tried the last 2 items and are still having issues then problems, post back here and we can try other options.
