Help with BSOD UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME (w/UBCD)

#1 Post by Soclwk » Fri Feb 26, 2010 1:36 pm

Hi, we just purchased the UBCD to help with my wonderful Dell laptop. This is the second time I have gotten the BSOD; the first time I sent it in to get it repaired after only about 8 months. We bought the UBCD hoping we could learn to fix my laptop and not have to send it back it AGAIN...
Ok, so here is the error:
UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME
Stop: 0x000000ED
(0x87FA7628, 0xc000009c, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Could someone tell me where to look on the UBCD and direct me to fix my laptop?

Thanks!
