Internal Hard drive
Can i install the UBCD to a hard drive adn then use it to test my motherboard? Like use it to boot the pc itself so i dont have to install or reinstall windows onto a different one? My basic goal is to be able to use it from one pc to another. Take it out hook it up and test boot.

If your mother board supports it might be easiest to jsut burn it to cd and connect a a cd drive to the mother board and boot from it and run the tests you need. Or you can install it onto a USB drive...or using the same method...should be able to install it onto a HD.

The tool is already located on the UBCD iso 5.0 atleast has the latest version of it and works wonderfully. Its located on the 5.0RC1 iso here: \ubcd\tools\win32\ubcd2usb.cmd
All you have to do is run it and it will give you the instructions on how to install it to usb/HDD. You may have to partition the hard drive tho.
Have any other questions?
