After using UBCD i can´t Boot anymore

Hi,
i have used Ultimate Boot CD 5.3.9 on an USB Stick on my older Asus Laptop.
First thing i got LBACache Write Error with System Halts/Stops
Then my Windows 11 Partition was inactive and the MBR incorrect.
The only thing i have done is to boot to the WDIdle3 Utility with JEMM386 optimal Feature
USB Driver loaded and then an Error:
LBACache Flush write Error
LBACache Flush wirte Error dos mem corrupt
PANIC: MCB Chain Corrupt
System halted.
Now I have deleted my both MBR on Crucial SSD and WD Blue HDD and wan´t to install Windows again.
I have an USB Stick created with MediaCreationTool, but when i boot it reboots and then 1 HDD is gone from Bios.
After restart it´s back again and after trying to boot from USB every time the HDD is gone.
Can anyone help me ?
