Can't boot windows, how do i delete files using UBCD

I recently had a problem installing Kaspersky which caused windows to have an inability to boot up. After trying to work out whether this was fixable without doing a system restore, someone pointed me in the direction of UBCD...I made the disk fine and it boots up before the computer has a chance to try loading windows.
The only problem is I have no idea what to use to find these files which I need to delete. I'm finding the whole thing a little confusing, can anyone help me, or has anyone had a similar problem?
Before anyone suggests it, It can't load in safe mode or any other mode, have tried f8, it just seems to be circulating and restarting.
Thankyou in anticipation
