how to make / rename and change cluster size on boot ?

I tried some of the partition programs already but I get corrupted partitions and get errors when I want to boot from win xp pro cd and install : /
Is there any specific order or method to make partitions ( if needed also to rename them ) and give them a cluster size of 64 kb + defrag ( I need to defrag cause I use both C and D for my win xp slipstreamed install for seperate folders on D "program files" and "documents and settings" and the windows installion itself on C )
I want to break the limit of 4kb that is normally needed for win xp pro ( try it yourself ^^ you have to move heaven and earth to install win xp pro on a partition with a cluster size bigger then 4 kb, I didnt even find someone that actually succeeded : / )
so simply:
I wanna make a C and D partition ( they must have those names else if not how can I change them?)
Give both partitions a cluster size of 64kb instead of the default 4kb from the win xp installation
Defrag them both so I can use them both while doing my xp installation
cheers ^^
