Selection Screen not showing

When I boot the selection screen the cd boots up but the selection screen never comes up. Also a comand prompt shows. Should there be a comand i should type?

Selection screen?? What option or screen are you exactly talking about? I don't see an option for a "selection" screen.

the screen that says
[F1] Main Board Tools
etc...
