Ultimate Boot CD

I wanna make a cd that can make to my servers like my floppy does... I cant beleive its that difficult but I've been trying all morning and am about ready to pull out all of my hair... I can get the cd to boot but it keeps on trying to write to a floppy which doesn exist... anyway to fix this? despe...
