Ultimate Boot CD

Hi everyone, I'd be very glad if someone could answer this one: I'm using a dual-boot system (ubuntu,XP) and am trying to get rid of Grub by using FDISK /mbr. I'd usually use winXP installation CD to load the recovery console and use FIXMBR, but I don't have the CD :? that's why I'd like to download...
