Ultimate Boot CD

I have been having problems install Linux, Windows, or any Cd with a kernel on my new machine everyone time it would start to load the system would hang. So i decided to get UBCD to run some diagnostics. My Memory and Video came back fine but when i tried the cpu tests it failed on all three of them...
