Apparantly my HD was too infected for even that to work. I tried running both antivirus and Spybot but they would freeze at about 25%

The HD has been reformatted.

I followed all the instructions for CD creation, choose to boot to the CD drive, UBCD comes up and says press enter, I do and it runs the disk check then immediately boots into my WinXP from the C: drive. I have a colorful "Warning! Spyware detected on your computer!" error message before ...
