Has anyone found a solution for this? I would like to be able to PXE boot UBCD but have all of the systems to boot from (Freedos, Slax, etc) located on an NFS server. I have tried just changing the main.cfg file so that it would look like this LABEL Slax KERNEL [ip-address]:/[folder-with-slax] APPEN...

Also inside of lib there is no ndis folder, the only folders that are there are aspi and odi16. Thanks for all the h...

Does anyone know how to mount a USB drive or the hard drive while running freedos off of a boot cd. I know I can run UBCD off of usb but I want to be able to run it off of a CD but be able to write to the hard drive or USB drive.
Thanks!

Thanks Icecube! I finally got it to work by using the method described in the link. I don't know what I was doing wrong the first time. Now that I can access the options through console would you know how I can make the options on the menus accessible by pressing a different number for each option i...

I tried putting SERIAL 0 at the top of the default.cfg file as well and this file is included in the rest of the menus but it still doesn't seem to work. I can get console redirection if I boot slax from the ultimate boot cd so I know that there is no problem on the host side but I need to be able t...

auto start
If I want to start UBCD automatically instead of having to push enter when it first starts, what do I need to do to change this? Or in order to just change the time out so that it starts UBCD instead of the hard drive.
Thanks

console
Hi,
I was wondering if there was console support for UBCD and how I would get it onto UBCD. Basically I want to be able to put UBCD into a computer and boot it but then be able to control the menu and all of the options through console. Is this possible?
Thanks in advance!
