Ultimate Boot CD

The image is properly mounted and I've tried the cd on another machine and it booted no problem. I set the boot settings in the bios to solely boot from the cd drive to see if it would finally take but I just received an error message to insert a bootable disc. The drive in question is an Optiarc 72...

My problem is that I cannot get the cd to boot at startup.

I burned the image at 8x using Ashampoo and have changed my bios settings to boot from my cd drive first. Yet when I start my computer it still boots into Vista from the hard drive.

Any ideas?
